Today I flew from Chicago to Orange County. Megan, Maeve and I got up really early and headed to the airport. My case was suddenly very heavy and when I checked in at the airport and the guy weighted my case it was 53 pounds and ended up with a 'heavy' sticker on it! I need to find someone to carry it from place to place for me!! I was so incredibly tired on the plane that I fell asleep before it even took off and slept the majority of the way to California.
Once I arrived in California I met Lena who is my best friend Michelle's mother, Michelle and I were best friends when we lived in Michigan, a long time ago! I haven't seen anyone from the family in 7 years (except from Amanda in Chicago a few days ago). After driving home to Mission Viejo where they live, Lena and I went to the outdoor mall called the Spectrum, it is lovely there because there is a big wheel. In the evening we drove up to Los Angeles where Michelle lives which she is studying at UCLA and we picked her up and drove her back to Mission Viejo. That evening I was really tired so went to sleep instead of going out anywhere.
